1.  Delivered from Distraction - Getting the Most out of Life with Attention Deficit Disorder

    Authors: Edward M. Hallowell, M.D., and John J. Ratey, M.D.

2.  Driven to Distraction: Recognizing and Coping with Attention Deficit Disorder

     Authors: Edward M. Hallowell, M.D., and John J. Ratey, M.D.

The book I liked a lot & provided me with a lot of insight was called, I believe, "What does everybody know that I don't". I'm not sure of the author though.

I am working my way through Sari Solden's bood: WOMEN WITH ADD, Embracing disorganization at home and in the workplace.  It has specifically helped my to legitimize my life's frustrations through identifying them with a disorder; to understand the hard hit to self esteem and depression that ADD may contribute to;

overall to take my ADD more seriously and legitimately.  Which those around me do not.   Thanks for this site!

The book you referred to is "What Does Everybody Else Know That I Don't?: Social Skills Help for Adults with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder"
Michele Novotni PhD and Randy Petersen

ADD Friendly Ways to Organize Your Life by Judith Kolberg and Kathleen Nadeau, PH.D. phenomenally helpful to me!
