In response to Tara's prompt about successes in 2011:

1. Exited a 'good' job that exacerbated my ADHD to the point of losing it - more guts than I usually have in these situations.

2. Went 'public' with the 'real reasons' for my idiosyncrasies in work and life - ADHD, etc.

3. Developed website for adults with ADHD

4. Wrote (and revising) book on psychosocial issues in ADHD

5. Published ebook on ADHD in the workplace

6. Joined two national ADHD organizations

7. Began coaching certification

8. Completed hours of self study on most recent ADHD info

9. Published a few articles

10. Adopted a special needs cat who is one of the loves of my life!

11. Survived my husband's serious illness, death of my beloved cat, Roben and two family members

12. Spent a lot of time studying and practicing meditation

13. Found the correct mix of bio-identical hormones!!!

14. Making connections within the ADHD community

15. Much more. . . 

Plans for 2012 

1. Deepen the website

2. Get Facebook page updated

3. Write/publish more original articles and guest posts

4. Connect with CHADD

5. Establish ADHD Center locally with comprehensive services

6. Complete book revisions and explore the next one

7. Monetize!

8. ACO conference and committee service

9. Complete coach training/certification

10. ADHD Support Talk

11. Be more active and eat healthier foods

12. Meditate regularly

(That should keep me busy for a while;-)
